The Direct Taxis Solihull Barons rounded off their 2021-22 regular season Moralee campaign with an emphatic and dominant display over the Nottingham Lions on Sunday evening to confirm the Barons as having secured 4th place in the league.

Continuing on from last weekend’s strong performance against Blackburn, a buoyant Barons were first to find the net as Niklas Ottosson opened the scoring a little after three minutes. Dan Mulchay would double the Barons lead before mid-period courtesy of a powerplay to Solihull. Two further goals either side of the 15 minute mark by Tom Soar and Phil Mulcahy would ensure the Barons would head to the dressing room at the end of the first 20 with a comfortable margin. More here
