The Solihull Barons are delighted to announce the return of the high scoring Soar, Eaton and Ottosson line which was good for over 70 league goals last season.

In Tom Soar the Barons have a proven finisher well capable of lifting the puck clear of most goalie's reach. Perhaps his biggest achievement last season was a four goal night in the Moralee play-offs semi-final against the Whitley Warriors which saw Solihull through to the finals.

Ed Eaton is very much the linchpin of the line. A hard-worker with a reputation for playing every inch of the ice over every minute of the game.

Speaking earlier, coach Perry Doyle said of Eaton, "He's the fittest player on the squad and will go up and down the ice all night. He just works so hard and that reflects on the team as a whole."

Completing the line up is Niklas Ottosson. The flying Swede will take to the Solihull ice for a third season since joining the Barons in 2014-15 from HC Vita Hästen. Familiar to all at Hobs Moat for tearing up the right wing, Niklas return will be welcomed by all Barons supporters.
