The EDG Property Solihull Barons are very pleased to announce the return of forward Sam Chandler for the upcoming season. Having joined the Barons last season, Sam notched up 7 goals in a Solihull shirt, contributing notably to the Hobs Moat side’s offensive options.
Sam is hoping to add further to his tally following a successful first season with us; “I enjoyed last season finding my feet in the league again and am excited to hopefully produce some more offence this year.”
Barons coach Phil Lee is very content to see the return to Solihull of Chandler where his work ethic can bolster any line he is on :
“Sam came to us last year and impressed me with his work rate, his ability to snipe goals and his flexible nature and faceoff skills means I can rely on him to do a job no matter where I put him. Sam is a utility player and can play defence when required although last year his offensive skills were apparent. Pleased to have you back on-board Sam.
