Team Manager
The Solihull Barons are looking to fill the role of Team Manager. This is key role to support the players and coaching staff to provide an environment in which the team has the best chance of success on the ice.
The key responsibilities for this role are:-
• Provide support to Head Coach & General Manager at training sessions plus home & away games
• Ensure all team kit is purchased
• Support the registration process for players and team officials
• Support players for all none coaching related matters
• Ensure all times for key events are communicated to the players
• Make sure all tasks and activities are completed for all training sessions, home games, away games and club events
The role also requires the successful applicant to have:-
• EIHA Managers Qualification
• EIHA Recognised 1st Aid Course
• DBS Check
If you do not have the above you can still apply for the role but must be prepared to complete the requirements in a timely.
To be successful in this role you must be a confident self motivated individual with strong organisational & people skills and be committed to attend all games and club events.
