The Airport Placement Limited Solihull Barons have been named the Moralee Conference “Organisation of the Year” at the end of season NIHL Radio Awards.
The award was voted on by fellow Moralee teams and recognised :
– reception and welcome provided by the rink/arena
– friendliness of the club
– facilities of the rink
– the fans
– any other factors teams considered important
So while the boys on the ice did the team credit over the play-off weekend the management would like to put out a big thank you to our partners at Silverblades Solihull, our volunteers and off-ice team, our supporters club, our sponsors and a big, big shout out to our supporters. Well done to you all !!!

Perry Doyle – nominee : coach of the year (Won by Martin Grubb of Solway)
Matt Maurice – nominee : young plater of the year (Won by Jordan Buesa of Solway)
Niklas Ottosson – 2nd All-Star team
