After what seems like a very long time the Airport Placements Limited Solihull Barons are bock on ice this Sunday and will step on the ice with a big point to prove in a third v fourth Moralee league clash.
The visitors once more are the Dragons who are no strangers to Hobs Moat having visited last month, heading back up the road to North Wales with both points in the bag. Coached by Scott McKenzie, the Dragons have made a solid start to their debut season in the Moralee Division, taking points from the Sting, Tigers and Barons. More recently however they have suffered heavy road defeats against both Sutton and Billingham and will be keen to get their season back on track with a sting performance on Sunday.
For the Barons, a strong, confident display against Blackburn away from home in their last outing showed the intent and ambition of the Solihull squad. There can be little denying that the defeat against the Dragons in their last game on home ice hurt and was a big disappointment for Perry Doyle’s men who will be keen to avoid a repeat this weekend.
Make sure you get down to the rink and cheer on the boys and see them bring home the points !!!
