The Elite League had its Sheriff “Sean McMorrow”. Now the ENL North has its own Sheriff in Dale Buckland. Tongue in Cheek aside, Dale Returns to the Barons for the 2011/2012 after having a good season after picking up the Coaches Younng Player of the season. Dale is one of the guys that are a must on any roster. With limited ice time last year Dale took every opurtunity with Both Hands to establish himself and made a big impact last season. "Bucky" as we all know him is not going to set the world alight in the points department but he brings 100% dedication and knows his role within the team and does well. He has the ability to change games and swing momentum in our favour and proved this last season in many games with his never say die attitude. 

Dale commented on his return by saying “ Last year was a fantastic time for me. Being involved in my first league title with the Barons and the first in my senior career I'm hungry for more. Daz (Darren Bellerby) gave me a shot last season and I wanted to do everything I could to keep my spot and contribute to the team. I will give you everything in the tank and know my role well within the team. This is something I'm looking to improve on this season and I'm glad I'm back. "
