Elite league forward Josh Bruce will pull on the red and white jersey of the Motor Nation Solihull Barons for the 2013-14 season.
Originally from Glasgow, the 23 year old Bruce has played all his senior hockey south of the border. Following a couple of seasons with the premier league Telford Tigers, Bruce packed his bags at the start of last season to take up a place with the Slough Jets.
Commuting from his midlands home however proved problematic and Bruce transferred early season to the Coventry Blaze organisation, primarily playing with the Elite league side.

In his time with the Elite Blaze, Bruce notched up 2 goals and 6 assists.
Barons head coach Darren Bellerby was understandably delighted with his opening signing for the 2013-14 campaign.
"I've known Josh for a long time and coached him back when he was in the Under-19s at Coventry. It is a big signing for us. He had an offer to go back to Coventry and there were a few Premier League sides also showing a lot of interest."
"We are really happy to have him taking to the ice for us and for the fans he will hopefully show he can do good things on our forward lines." |
