The TC Cars Solihull Barons are pleased to announce the signing of 22 year old forward Macaulay Heywood<\/b> for the 2018-19 Moralee season. Heywood came up through the junior system at Telford and has iced for the Titans and various Tigers squads. More recetly he was on the offensive strength of the Sheffiled Steeldogs in the final season of the old EPL where he was good for a point a game.<\/p>\n

Speaking earlier about the signing, Dangie Brittle was keen to get his new signing on the ice. \u201cHe may be the missing piece of the jigsaw that helps us kick start the season….he\u2019s a goal scorer, he\u2019s got that arrogance that the best goal scorers in the league have.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

Macaulay is scheduled to ice in both Saturday\u2019s trip to Sheffield to take on the Sutton Sting before making his home ice debut on Saturday against the Solway Sharks.<\/p>\n
