The TC Cars Solihull Barons emerged from a demanding double away fixture weekend with all four points to help pull the squad into contention in the Moralee Division’s mid-table battle and show themselves, with 9 points from the last ten as a the league’s form side.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Playing<\/p>\n

Saturday was a potentially tricky tie away at the very strong Blackburn Hawks but a determined team performance coupled to an on-fire Daniel Brittle in net ensured the Barons came away with the points (more)<\/a>\u00a0. \u00a0Sunday’s tie at Nottingham Lions (more here)<\/a>\u00a0could easily have been a potential slip up but ended up as a more straightforward win by the Hobs Moat side.<\/p>\n

This weekend has the Barons back on home ice for a tie many have been looking forward to since the fixture list was announced as the Whitley Warriors make the long trip down from Northumbria in what should be a thriller. With very complimentary playing styles and similar league positions a potential game of the season is on the cards. See you there and bring some friends – they will thank you !!!
