The TC<\/strong> Cars<\/strong> Solihull<\/strong> Barons<\/strong> are pleased to announce the bolstering of our D-lines with a number of key signings as regulars Dave<\/strong> Rogers<\/strong> and James<\/strong> Moeller<\/b>\u00a0are joined by new signings Danny<\/b> Harrison<\/strong> and Marcus Maynard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A popular returnee will be Danny Harrison<\/b> who, with his brother Simon, played for the Barons in the 2014\/15 season which saw Solihull perform a whitewashing of the Laidler conference. Playing a sensible but gritty D role, for the last two seasons, Harrison has iced for the NL Telford Tigers, wearing the “A” in the most recent season.<\/p>\n

A brand new player to Hobs Moat, at least in a Barons shirt, is another D-man in the form of Marcus Maynard<\/b>, who brings a wealth of high level experience to Solihull’s blue line. The Leicester based teacher has spent the last five seasons in the EPL icing for the premier league Telford Tigers before playing much of last season with the Hull Pirates and will bring significant currency in knowledge and experience of the Moralee’s newest teams.<\/p>\n

In addition to the new names, a number of Barons regulars will be returning to the Solihull ice for 2017-18. First up is Dave Rogers<\/b> who, while pencilled in on D, has shown regularly that he is more than willing to jump into whichever position is required of him, icing on both forward and defensive lines.<\/p>\n

Jonining Dave, will be up and coming D-man James Moeller<\/b>. Moeller, who in 2016-17 combined duties with the Barons, with captaincy of the Solihull under-20s but who will be making the step-up to full-time in the senior set-up for 2017-18.<\/p>\n
