Further additions to the 2017-18 Barons

The TC Cars Solihull Barons are pleased to announce three more names added to the roster ahead of the 2017-18 season in the form of Ed Eaton, Richard Crowe and Phil Mulcahy.

Ed Eaton is undeniably one of Solihull’s hardest working players over recent years and has achieved much success centring the Barons speed and skill forward line with Niklas Ottosson and Tom Soar. Injury spelled an early end to the 23 year old’s 16-17 season but with close to 150 points for the Barons over the last four years the return of Eaton to the Solihull bench will be welcomed.

Phil Mulcahy will be a new name on the Barons game sheet come September but will be no stranger to the Hobs Moat fans having played for rival sides the Coventry NL Blaze, the Blackburn Hawks and the Telford Tigers over the last three years. Small and fast, 20 year old Mulcahy was in touching distance of a point a game last season with the Hawks.

Returning once again to the Barons blue line is Solihull regular Richard Crowe. Typically playing a stay at home game with a primary focus of keeping his own end of the ice clean, he can also pose a threat from the point in offensive settings.
