The Airport Placements Limited Solihull Barons are pleased to announce the return of another favourite.
Solihull forward Rich Slater is due to pull on a Barons shirt once more when he takes to the Hobs Moat ice at the start of the 16/17 morale campaign.
Having played his way up through the junior teams, Slater would find himself as a fourteen year old scoring for the EPL Barons in his debut for the seniors. Within a couple of years would be a regular on the Barons forward lines and scoring at will.
Indeed Slater currently sits at number 3 on the Barons all time scoring list with 191 goals, a tally only bettered by imports Luc Chabot and Steve Chartrand.
Still only in his mid-twenties Rich opted to take a break last season but it won't be long before the speedy right wing is back in training with the Barons - few would bet against him hitting the 200 mark sooner rather than later !
Remember you still have the chance to own and loan Richard's, or any of the other Baron's, match night shirts. Look here for more info.
