Head Coach Darren Bellerby has signalled his intent to bolster the Barons squad in his quest to build a formidable ENL North Division One outfit.

The declaration has come just weeks after the signings of defencemen Tom Parker and Stuart Clayton, as well as the re-signing of former captain Rob Eley.

Eley is yet to make an appearance since re-joining the club, but the powerful forward who was both the Barons and the ENL Division Two’s second top scorer last season is set to make his return in next Sunday’s (Dec 4) crunch clash with local rivals Coventry ENL Blaze.

Parker and Clayton have been an instant hit in the Barons ranks, both making their debuts in the weekend’s credible 3-3 draw with Billingham Stars, and Darren has now expressed that he is keen to sign other quality players who can make a similar impact.
